RFF25: Focus-zoom

Daniju, Muna, Ahmed, Basel, Marwan, Jamal, Kerttu and Anni decide to make a film out of their own stories together. In the sometimes serious and sometimes slightly comical film, the stories of asylum seekers living in Lieksa are intertwined with the story of making a documentary and becoming friends. Fokus-zoom was created as a result of cooperation and training between the North Karelian Film Association and the Lieksa Somali Family Association and will premiere at the Refugee Film Festival.
